Managed over 125 highly skilled aircraft artisans at 12 domestic sites and abroad. Implemented changes resulting in customer satisfaction ratings of "excellent" or better on 98% of over 2,500 structural repairs, the highest ratings ever received. Integral participant in TQM continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Part of a 35 member military team assigned to a Navy organization consisting of over 3,500 civil service employees, the largest aerospace employer in San Diego
- Competition Advocate for all sole-source procurements greater than $100,000
- Certified as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for government procurements
- NADEP North Island earned top honors in a Quality Competition against private industry

Naval Aviation Depot (NADEP) North Island refurbishes Naval Aircraft and
Components for the U.S. Navy and other governments. NADEP has the capability
to test, disassemble, repair, manufacture, rebuild, and calibrate much
of the U.S. Navy's inventory of Aircraft and Components.
